Who we are
Palette is developed by Mustafa Demir and listed as Palette: Color Palette on iOS and Palette: Color Generator on Android. For privacy questions or requests, contact mltnsy@icloud.com.
Photos, camera and saved palettes
The app uses images you choose or capture to generate color palettes on your device. This color extraction does not require uploading your personal photos to our server. Palettes, collections and settings are stored locally. When you export or share, the destination you choose receives that content. Internet image requests disclose network information, such as your IP address, to the image host.
Advertising and consent
The free app uses Google AdMob. Its SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from them), device and advertising identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics and performance information. These support ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Advertising identifiers and personalization depend on your permissions, consent and applicable requirements. Google’s consent form is shown where required. Buying Pro removes in-app ads; it does not automatically disable other app services. Diagnostics and app usage
The app integrates Firebase Crashlytics for error reporting and Firebase Analytics for usage measurement when enabled. Data can include app interactions, app and device information, installation identifiers and crash reports. We do not intentionally include your photos or palette contents in analytics events. Notifications
Firebase Cloud Messaging helps deliver notifications on both platforms, using Apple Push Notification service on iOS. These services process installation identifiers and push tokens to route messages to a device. You can change notification permission in your device Settings.
Purchases and support
Apple processes Pro payments on iOS; Google Play processes them on Android. Palette uses purchase status to unlock and restore features; we do not receive your full payment card details. Purchase events may be recorded by Firebase Analytics for measurement. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use it to respond to your request. This website
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics scripts or an account system. The color playground runs in your browser without uploading selections. Vercel hosts the site and may process request information, including IP address, browser information and access logs, for delivery and security. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy.
Retention, providers and transfers
Local app data remains until you remove it or delete the app, subject to your device backup settings. We keep support correspondence as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations. Provider data retention follows the relevant service settings and policies linked above. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Your choices and requests
You can manage the permissions available for Palette in your device Settings. iPhone provides app tracking controls; Android provides advertising ID controls. Where a consent form is presented, you may accept, decline or manage its options. For help with advertising choices, access, correction or deletion requests, email us. The rights available depend on your location; we may need information to verify and locate your request. Deleting local palettes does not automatically delete provider-held records.
Children and policy updates
Palette is a general-audience creative tool and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We will update this page as the app or its services change and show the revision date above.
